This template can be used to display a hyperlink to an ArchiMateView.

Usage of this template:

|page=<string>           - The exact name or displaytitle of the page corresponding with the ArchiMateView to link to (mandatory)
|label=<string>          - The text label to display (optional). If omitted, a plain url is returned
